I saw this bumper sticker this morning, and became immediately confused. Because I did not know what Polish people were supposed to be proud of. I understand how terrible of a statement that just was, and that's the point. All the "pollock" jokes I heard growing up in school. Grandmother's on both sides of my family who continually think of people by their nationality. Nationalism just doesn't make sense to me. And yet it stuck with me.

We've talked about the benefits of same-sex schooling before. And now, I'm curious as to where those benefits stop. For instance, would there be benefits to a single-gender business office? Specifically, the same distractions that are eliminated with same-sex schooling. Obviously, there would be serious cons including the gifts and talents and viewpoints of the opposite gender. But, might the benefits be high enough for a company to gamble on this? Pretending they wouldn't get sued.
