So excited to walk into our San Diego Chipotle today and learn that San Diego is one of three cities doing market testing for Chipotle’s new queso, Queso Blanco. The all-new recipe contains aged Monterey Jack cheese, white cheddar, and an assortment of serrano, poblano, and chipotle peppers. I loved Chipotle's original queso.
